Exploring Charleston
After drying out all our wet gear, we explored Charleston. Our campground is in a wonderful county park: http://www.ccprc.com/index.asp?NID=274. We checked out the paved bike trails, 50-foot climbing tower, water park, etc. We saw some surfers and a lighthouse out on Folly Beach. We rode our bikes on the West Ashley Greenway, a scenic and flat rails to trail path: http://www.sctrails.net/TRAILS/alltrails/railtrails/WestAshGreenway.html We returned to camp, built a fire and cooked steaks and baked potatoes with some Rogue chocolate stout.
